Sheep Are Not Stupid

Must we have two bedside table on the sides of our bed? Does it have any Feng Shui implication? What will happen if I do not have them? Will it affect my marriage, health or wealth?

KK and I have been happily married for 17 years, we never had two bedside tables, looking forward to celebrating our 18th anniversary with no intention to purchase one. Many myths have been circulating on the internet about bedside table and will be met with ill fate without them. We wish to clear up the misunderstanding and myths.

Try to recall from all the Chinese movies and dramas of the ancient era you have watched; do you remember seeing any bedside table in the emperor’s room or ordinary folks houses? The answer is no. Hence ancient Feng Shui has no record or teaching of the bedside table. The same as shoe cabinets, you can never find a shoe cabinet in Chinese Ancient Movie, we shall discuss this another day.

So must we have two bedside tables by our bed? No need. Will it affect our marriage? No, it will not, and this is a myth. Will not having two bedside tables harm our marriage? Hell NO, (please pardon my French) This is another myth. How about causing us ill health and poor fortune? No, No, No, it wouldn’t cause any damage to your marriage, health or money luck.

Let’s be practical, the sizes of our room are getting smaller, the size of our bed is the size, how are we going to fix our wardrobe, mattress and two bedside table. Sometimes it is just not possible. Our children’s room is almost impossible as well to have all the above. Taking into accord that a study desk is required.

However, should you manage to have two bedside tables, what you place on the table does have an effect on your Feng Shui, marriage, health, prosperity and sleep quality? We will discuss this in details during our On-Site Feng Shui Audit.

Quote of the day:

If you’re not at the table, you’re on the menu.
