Growing up watching Hong Kong Movie and TV serial, I thought Feng Shui Practitioner is Ghostbuster, fortune teller or sword dancer. I also associate them to Taoist priest performing sacrificial on stage, ring a hand bell profusely in the funeral, possess the skill of a circus flamethrower and have the ability to control vampire with a talisman on its forehead and most importantly, a kung-fu expert, etc.
Never think too highly of Feng Shui Practitioners, felt that they are superstitious, out dated and noisy people. Little did I know that Feng Shui Practitioners are Environment Analysers and does not involve any religion.
During a Floor Plan Analysis two weeks ago, our client asked us a question. Have you seen a ghost in your career and how do you deal with it? He is very curious, and we understand because the misperception about Feng Shui Practitioners is a grave issue in our industry.
We pay tribute to the much respected and loved Lam Ching-Ying; an actor/director/kung-fu expert who has moved and entertained us for 27 years. His cinematography has carved into our hearts and minds; we continue to hold strong memories of his acting even though he has left us for twenty years leaving behind a great cinematic legacy.
